Project management, procurement and contract administration

Municipalities carry most of the risk on a capital project and often have the least project-management capacity in the room. Owner's representation closes that gap.

We manage capital projects the way an owner needs them managed: a defensible business case, a procurement process that will survive scrutiny, controls that catch a change order before it becomes a claim, and a closeout that actually produces as-builts, warranties and an asset record.

We have worked both sides. We know what municipalities need from consultants and contractors, and what makes a project executable in the field rather than only on paper.
